How can you help your daycare or school help your students?
We can offer behavioral support for your parents and behavior specific training for your teachers.
Professional development is an essential part of the success of all schools, daycares or any other educational organization for children.
Due to the S*UCCEDS Program ending effective March 1, 2009 and State budget cuts decreasing the number of available funded trainings in half, Indepedence Behavioral Coaching (IBC) has successfully been approved by the Arizona Office of Child Care Licensing as a provider for the 12-hour a year mandated daycare staff training.
IBC was created to fill the needs of a growing number of families and teachers for positive support services provided directly in the home and/or daycare/school where difficult behaviors are occurring.
IBC behavioral coaches and trainers provide behavior specific tools designed to help parents and teachers create a supportive alliance with their children to help them become their “best Self.”
The following 2-hour trainings and 4-hour workshops are designed to provide practical, easy-to-use, talent centered behavior management tools.
