Anger Management"

Tired of tantrums that can last 30 minutes and even an hour?

Annoyed with your child’s defiance and back-talking?

Is your child the classroom bully?

We can help you teach your child learn how to manage their own anger!

First, let’s take a closer look at anger.

Anger Basics

Think of the angriest child you have ever met.

Think of the angriest you have ever been.

What did that feel like?

What happened before, during, and after?

What is anger?

Anger is neither good nor bad.  It is simply one of many emotions that we experience.

First of all…

Always learn more about the anger before trying to fix it.

Anger is often the only way a child can communicate that something is wrong.  It is hard to believe but anger is a gift.  Your child is coming to you.  Be happy that your child is not shutting down and turning that anger inward.  Anger turned inward leads to things like self-mutilation, and drug and alcohol use.
