TRAINING DESCRIPTIONS OVERVIEW"

Professional development is an essential part of the success of all daycares, schools or any other educational organization for children.

Independence Behavioral Coaching (IBC) trainers provide behavior specific tools designed to help parents and teachers create a supportive alliance with their children to help them become their “best Self.”

IBC trainers encourage parents and teachers to shift their thinking from one where the focus is on changing behavior to one focused on:

-       Daycare/Schools Behavioral Trainings: Train your teachers how to use proactive behavior management strategies, direct practice and role-play difficult behavior management and crisis de-escalation.

Phone and/or Online Service Delivery

IBC offers behavioral assessment and coaching services via phone or online scheduling.
